After starting a business, every entrepreneur faces initial struggles, and my company was no exception. However, amidst these challenges, I was entrusted with a highly demanding, historic, and emotionally significant project—the restoration of the Shri Bhagwati Mata Temple at Pargad. This was no ordinary task; it was a temple from the era of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, sanctified by his presence. The challenge before me was to restore this historic structure, particularly its entrance, without disturbing the sanctity of its original sanctum.

When I took on this project, there was no proper road leading to the fort. Transporting construction materials for such a grand temple was an immense challenge. My team and I carried every piece of material manually, climbing 400 steps to complete the restoration. This was a true test of perseverance during my struggling days, but I accepted the challenge and saw it through.

The ultimate recognition of our work came when the temple’s inauguration was graced by the then Chief Minister, Shri Narayan Rane, along with the entire Maharashtra Cabinet. The acknowledgment of our efforts by the highest authorities was a testament to the dedication we had put into the project. Moreover, the extensive coverage of our achievement by newspapers and news channels across Maharashtra further validated our hard work and commitment.

Finolex Industries Ltd., Ratnagiri.

My company undertakes construction work for several corporate firms, often dealing with highly challenging projects.

One such demanding job was for Finolex Pipes’ thermal power project in Rampur. It involved constructing an open yard for storing imported coal from Indonesia. The project was exceptionally challenging due to stringent time constraints. We had to prepare the base for approximately 50 acres of coal storage and build a surrounding retaining wall.

With meticulous planning and precise execution, we successfully completed the job within the stipulated time. Our efforts were so well received that Finolex awarded us a certificate of appreciation for our outstanding work.

Cooling Tower Project, Bidri Sugar Factory

Our company has undertaken numerous projects for sugar factories, including the construction of their warehouses. In every sugar factory, a cooling tower is essential for supplying chilled water to the machinery. This work is highly technical and extremely complex, which is why the cooling tower is often referred to as the heart of a sugar factory.

The construction of a cooling tower is a challenging and technically demanding task that requires precision and expertise. However, our company has consistently executed cooling tower projects seamlessly and successfully. One such significant project was for the Bidri Sugar Factory, where we were awarded the contract for their cooling tower. We completed the project efficiently and with great success.
